Also, we have secured these canvas stalls which belong to Hitchin Initiative, which will really make the fair look great and offer some shade...so we will need some help putting them up the day before, anyone who can lend a hand please offer asap!

    How many of the canvas stalls do you think we will need? I need to confirm with Hitchin Initiative as to how many, probably need to do this this week, if someone can tell me how many stalls would make use of these, i will sort it.

    Hi, just spoken to Keith Hoskins at Hitchin Initiative (453335) They have 14 of these stalls which we can have. Do we want all 14? have we got bods to help erect them? We can collect from the little green cabbies hut on Market square on thursday 14th before, but need to arrange to meet him there to get them out. Also they have heavy metal bases, so we need some STRONG people and a few cars/van to do this. Called Pippa and left a message on her answerfone.
