HELP NEEDED FOR THE SUMMER FAIR!!! LET'S WORK TOGETHER FOR OUR SCHOOLS!

SUMMER FAIR
16TH JUNE 2007, 12 NOON – 3PM
FANCY DRESS COMPETITION
We are holding a Fancy Dress Competition for children during this year’s Summer Fair. Please come dressed up in something associated with the Fair’s Rainforest theme. There will be prizes for the best costumes – judging at around 2 pm.
CROCKERY SMASHING
We are hoping to run a crockery smashing stall this year but we need your help. If you have any old unwanted china please bring it into the School Office to be used on the stall.
TEDDY TOMBOLA/BOTTLE AND FOOD TOMBOLA
We have not yet received many donations for these stalls – so please get searching in your cupboards. Please bring in soft toys/teddies and non-perishable food items and bottles to the School Office as soon as possible, and by 11 June 2007 if possible.
CAKE STALL
All donations gratefully received – please bring cakes/biscuits to the Cake Stall at Whitehill School (in the dining room) between 10am and 11.30 am on the day of the fair.
RAFFLE TICKETS
Please remember to buy/sell your raffle tickets and return counterfoils and money to School – the prizes are fantastic! Lists of prizes are now on display. PLEASE bring back any unused books to the school office for resale. You can order extra books from the office too.
TODDLER OUTDOOR TOYS, GARDEN FURNITURE AND GAZEBOS
We are hoping to again provide a toddler play area – please let us know if you can loan us any sit’n’ride toys, small slides etc for the day of the fair.
We would also be grateful if anyone could lend us some garden furniture and gazebos for the day of the fair.
Again, we would like to say a big THANK YOU to everyone for their support of the Fair.
